For over a week now I was planning to write a post for the New Year, a post about love and following your heart. Instead I was inspired to write the following poem.
2009 was all about love for me, it was about self love and finding what I would love to do, it was about reconnecting with my passion, opening my heart and listening to my intuition.
I’ve heard many people talk about love, read articles, books, posts, tweets, attended workshops about love, the power of love, following your heart. And as the song says “love was all around …”.
I believe the focus for 2010 ( maybe even for the next decade ) is about love and the seeds that were planted in the recent months/years will give fruits.
So for 2010 I wish you Love.
Writing this poem I’ve realized it is not just about celestial, unconditional, spiritual love. It’s about loving all aspects of ourselves, our existence our reality. It is about wishing Happiness and Prosperity. It is about loving our compassion, ability to love unconditionally and our desires.
It is about exploring love in all it aspects, Love and Desire.
If you find someone whom you love and desire, someone who stimulates your mind and feeds your spirit, you are truly blessed. And in the words of the Blues Brothers “… when you do find that somebody / Hold that woman, hold that man / Love him, please him, squeeze her, please her / Hold, squeeze and please that person / give ‘em all your love “ ~Everybody need somebody to love.
2009 for me was about love, opening my heart, finding what I love. 2010 is about sharing this love and keep exploring the different aspects of love.
For 2010 I wish you Love ♥

My love and desire are mixed with each other
when I think of the one
How will it start? What will ignite -
the fire?
A look, a word,
a hug or maybe a kiss?
Do I want it like this?
Heart to heart,
Love and desire, mixed with each other
when I look at your eyes
My heart – flutters,
mind blank,
weak, my knees
and I want you like this!
Between the fourth and the second
the energy dancing
when I can feel you around
Heart, Mind, Knees
Love and desire, mixed with each other
asking -
are you the one?
Are You?
The One!
